On the 5th of April Researchers' Excellence Network (RENET) invited to take the part virtually in the public lecture-discussion: "The Future of the EU: what's next?".  Keynote speakers - prof. Dr. Uroš Pinterič from Alexander Dubček University in Trenčin (Slovakia) and assist. prof. Dr Adam Jarosz from SGH Warsaw School of Economics (Poland).

During the presentation professor Dr Uroš Pinterič opened the critical reflection on past development of the European Union and European society. He addressed the crucial European values and re-examined them from the perspective of the events that are marking current European situation as well as its further development. Assist. professor Dr Adam Jarosz discussed such issues as: how the Russian aggression on Ukraine will affect the European integration; the role of the EU and member states in the post-pandemics and post-war recovery, including the issues of the EU-enlargement and how should the EU respond to growing willingness of neighboring countries to join it.
